The Province has scheduled two retreats for early next year, featuring Fr. Chuck Faso, OFM, of Sacred Heart Province in the St. Louis/Chicago area.
Members of the community are invited to attend the Jan. 21-24 retreat at St. Anthony Friary in St. Petersburg, Fla., or the Feb. 11-14 retreat at St. Anthony Friary in Butler, N.J. Both retreats begin at 4 p.m. on Monday and end at 6 p.m. on Thursday.
Ordained in 1967, Fr. Faso has degrees in theology, music and liturgy, and has taught at Sacred Heart’s minor seminary and at the Catholic Theological Union in Chicago. For 20 years, he served at St. Peter’s Church in the Loop of Chicago.
