The Provincial Administration has announced four assignment changes:
Provincial Vicar Lawrence Hayes, OFM, will join the fraternity at St. Mary Friary, Pompton Lakes, N.J., where he will serve as guardian and a part-time parochial vicar. He and Emerson Rodríguez, OFM, who is also joining the fraternity at St. Mary as a part-time parochial vicar, will serve the Latino communities at St. Anthony Parish in Butler and St. Bonaventure Parish in Paterson.
Richard Husted, OFM, will join the fraternity at St. Anthony in Butler, N.J., as a senior associate friar and will assist in area parishes.
Barry Langley, OFM, will join the fraternity at Holy Name of Jesus Friary in New York City, where he will serve as a parochial vicar in the parish.
These transitions will take place in mid-April 2018. The pastoral duties are awaiting the permission of the bishop.
