NEW YORK — The Provincial Administration has announced new assignments for two friars.
Lawrence Burke, OFM, is retiring as chaplain at Mount St. Francis Convent in Ringwood, N.J., due to the closing of that facility, and will take up residence at St. Anthony Friary in Butler, N.J., effective June 22.
Thomas Kelly, OFM, has been given permission to retire from active ministry and will take up residence at St. Anthony Friary in Butler, effective Aug. 1.
Postulant Brian Taberski has withdrawn from the Province’s initial formation program, effective May 27.
