The Provincial Administration has announced new assignments for two friars.
Provincial Councilor William Beaudin, OFM, has been assigned to a friary on Thompson Street in New York City, the former provincialate of Immaculate Conception Province. He will live there with the other two friars who are working on the interprovincial team to restructure and renew the OFM provinces in the United States. The assignment, effective Feb. 1, is for a three-year term. Fr. Jack Clark Robinson, OFM, of Our Lady of Guadalupe Province, will serve as their liaison with the provincial ministers of the U.S.
Cassian Miles, OFM, has been assigned to Holy Name Friary, Ringwood, N.J., effective Jan. 14.
