The Provincial Administration has announced news about two friars.
Edward Higgins, OFM, has petitioned to be released from his vows and is now living in the Bronx. The friars are grateful for Ed’s years as a professed friar and pray for him as he makes this transition in his life. Those interested in reaching Edward are asked to contact the HNP Communications Office for his new residence address.
Richard James, OFM, has transferred from St. Anthony Residence to St. Anthony Shrine in Boston, effective Aug. 2. He will be working in the sacristy and in the friars’ living quarters.
