The Provincial Council has announced a new friar assignment, based on its March meeting.
Michael Joyce, OFM, has been assigned to the ministry at St. Francis Chapel outside Albany, N.Y., effective April 21. He will reside at St. Bernardine of Siena Friary in Loudonville.
