Michael Oberst, OFM, has received permission from Provincial Minister John O’Connor, OFM, for a leave of absence and is requesting an indult of exclaustration from Rome for the purposes of vocational discernment. He is no longer living in St. Patrick Friary in Buffalo, N.Y., but is continuing his work at Peaceprints Prison Ministries.
