NEW YORK — The Provincial Council has announced new assignments of two friars.
• James Czerwinski, OFM, has been assigned to the fraternity of St. Anthony Friary in Butler, N.J., effective Oct. 5. He will minister at the neighboring St. Anthony Parish.
• Edward Higgins, OFM, is also assigned to St. Anthony Friary in Butler effective Sept. 23.
