May 26-31, 1996 — John Felice, OFM, was elected Provincial Minister at the Provincial Chapter held at St. Bonaventure University in Allegany, N.Y. (Earlier this year, friars re-elected John O’Connor, OFM, to a second term as Provincial Minister at the Chapter in Cambridge, Md.)
