TAMPA, Fla. — While reaching out to help the homeless is a good thing, it can sometimes come with its share of problems and challenges. Sacred Heart Church here is experiencing some of the problems associated with having more than 50 people sleep on its steps, sometimes overflowing into the streets. The police are asking the church to take steps to limit the crowd.
