Holy Name Province is mourning the deaths of several relatives of friars and friends.
Edward J. Nolan Jr., grandfather of Derek Nolan, the Province’s investment advisor, died on Sept. 16.
Barbara Morrow, sister of Aubrey McNeil, OFM, of Anderson, S.C., died Sept. 20 in Saugus, Mass. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Sept. 23 at Blessed Sacrament Church in Saugus.
Deacon Vincent DeBiase, brother of William DeBiase, OFM, of Philadelphia, Pa., died Sept. 20. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered on Sept. 23 at St. Margaret Church in Middle Village, Queens, N.Y.
Chris Di Lella, 90, brother of Alexander Di Lella, OFM, and Mario Di Lella, OFM, both of St. Petersburg, Fla., died Sept. 26 in Cape Coral, Fla. A Mass of Christian Burial is planned for Oct. 1.
Norman Kersch, an affiliate to the Province, and a retired faculty member and guidance director at Bishop Timon St. Jude High School, Buffalo, N.Y., died Sept. 28. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Oct. 2 in Hamburg, N.Y.
