Holy Name Province is mourning the deaths of two former members as well as the passing of a former staff member.
Former friar Arthur Richard Shaw, who was known as Br. Gabriel and was the Province’s habit tailor, died on March 9. He was the brother-in-law of Christopher Keenan, OFM.
C. Michael Broderick, 81, a formation student from 1953 to 1961, died on April 8 in Weems, Va.
Sr. Marian Bishop, SC, 82, a former administrative assistant at the HNP Office of Development, died on April 10.
