NEW YORK, N.Y. — The Province’s Ministerial Development Directorate is hosting a Partners-in-Ministry program next month at Holy Name of Jesus Church on West 96th Street.
According to member Melina Rudman, it is a “Come and See” gathering for anyone who attended the regional Partners In Ministry days in the autumn who would like to learn more about servant leadership and what it would mean to start a servant leadership program at their site.
The program begins at 6:00 p.m. on April 20 with a light dinner and will end at 3:00 on Saturday afternoon.
Participants will have an opportunity to experience two “Beginnings” circles to give them a sense of the curriculum content and how the circles are facilitated, said Ms. Rudman who is director of the Servant Leadership School at the Franciscan Center in Hartford, Conn.
“We will also have time for extended conversation about how they might bring servant leadership to their site and how we, in Hartford, can help and support them,” she added. ”Participants will be given a complete copy of the school’s first year’s curriculum to bring back to their parish, shrine or chapel.“
Registration information is available through Melina Rudman at email@example.com
The Province’s “Partners-in Ministry” program was featured in the March issue of The Anthonian which can be found on-line, and at HNP’s churches and schools.
