NEW YORK — Holy Name’s Provincial Office will be moving to its new location at 129 West 31st Street in midtown Manhattan during the week of July 16.

The staff members of the Provincial Office, including administration, communications, vocations and accounting, will move from the current office on West 27th Street, where they have been located since August, 2003.

The relocation to the new office space will necessitate that the Provincial Office be closed for the week, with no computer (e-mail) access, beginning on Monday, July 16.

The Provincial Office expects to be functioning in its new offices by Monday, July 23.  The administrative staff will alert the Province when the server and computer stations are reconnected and there is full computer access.

If there are any emergencies during the time the office is closed, emergency phone calls will be accepted by the provincial secretary via cell phone.  The new Provincial Office is located on the second floor of the new St. Francis of Assisi friary building.
