Holy Name Province Congratulates 2013 Jubilarians

“Our job is to love others without stopping to inquire whether or not they are worthy,” wrote Thomas Merton in a letter to Dorothy Day.

At the beginning of the new year, Holy Name Province acknowledges its 2013 jubilarians, who have loved and ministered to others without judgment or discrimination for 25 years and longer. The friars also remember their brothers who died in 2012.

The Province is recognizing the 34 friars commemorating anniversaries of profession and ordination in 2013.

These jubilarians have served in parishes, on campuses, and in a variety of social justice ministries overseas and along the East Coast. They are:

The Province will celebrate silver and golden jubilees of profession at a June gathering in New York City.
