NEW YORK — Holy Name Province’s website, HNP.org, has been undergoing several changes recently.
The site’s Justice and Peace page has been redesigned and new content is being added on a rolling basis.
New features include:
· “In the News” — current news articles about justice and peace topics
· Rotating banners with a variety of JPIC-related images
· Links to additional websites and resources including a variety of advocacy
organizations
Content for the sections of this page are being compiled by the Province’s JPIC Directorate, co-chaired by Jacek Orzechowski, OFM, and Jud Weiksnar, OFM.
Additionally, the Communications Office has completed a transfer of its photo galleries from a blog-style format to one incorporated on the HNP.org site. All three HNP.org galleries — events, service to the poor and Extranet — are now in the new format.
News from and about the Province’s directorates and ministries is welcomed by the Communications Office. Deadlines for upcoming issues of HNP Today are:
· May 5 for May 12 issue
· May 19 for May 29 issue
· June 2 for June 9 issue
· June 16 for June 23
· June 30 for July 7
Suggestions, thoughts and questions are welcomed by the Province’s Communications Advisory Committee, which is holding its spring meeting May 5 in New York.
