In a simple prayer service at table prayer on March 2, David Convertino and the friar community “blessed and sent forth” Philip O’Shea and Raphael Bonanno who will be traveling to give Lenten retreats and parish missions.

Brian Smail has been assisting with confessions for children in a local parish, Saint Joseph’s church in Wakefield, Mass.

John Maganzini has been invited to be one of the presenters in the Religious Formation Conference Region 1 Intercommunity Formation Program for Novices. He will present for two successive Mondays on the topic: “Religious Life and the Church.” Novices from the Sisters of the Presentation of Mary, Religious of Jesus and Mary, Sisters of Saint Joseph (U.S. Federation), Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, Augustinians of the Assumption, and Benedictine monks and their novice directors participate each Monday in this program.

Gene Pistacchio continues his ministry to the secular institute of the Missionaries of the Kingship of Christ. He recently returned from a retreat weekend in New Jersey.
