James McIntosh has been assigned to Bolivia, effective Oct. 1, for the next two years to assist the Missionary Province of San Antonio. Jim will initially be working part-time in the provincial secretary’s office helping with their electonic communications needs and part-time in a social ministry with the poor of Cochabamba. He will also be working with the Bolivian friars’ JPIC office and with the Franciscan Family of Bolivia. He may also work some time in Project OSCAR, a rural road building ministry started by Miguel (Dunstan) Dooling.
Mario Gómez has been readmitted to the postulant program in the Bronx, effective immediately.
