NEW YORK — The Provincial Council, at its April 22 meeting, made the following appointments:
Michael Blastic, OFM, to the faculty of the Washington Theological Union, as director of the Franciscan Chair of Theology and Spirituality, with residence at Holy Name College, Silver Spring, Md., effective Aug. 1.
John Leonard, OFM, parochial vicar, St. Patrick-St. Anthony Church, Hartford, Conn., effective July 1.
