J. Patrick Kelly of the provincial wellness committee will be communicating with the friars within the next few weeks about the results of the wellness survey recently conducted throughout the Province. The feedback to the friars will be provided in installments because there are so many information to be communicated, Jim said.
Stephen Kluge was installed as pastor of St. Francis Parish, Long Beach Township, N.J., on April 22 during the 11:15 Mass. Monsignor Casimir Ladzinsky was the representative of Bishop John Smith of the Diocese of Trenton.
Provincial vicar Dominic Monti preached a parish mission this week at St. Francis Parish in Triangle, Va. The mission, whose theme “Days of Grace,” was tied into the celebration of the parish’s 50th anniversary year, began with weekend Masses and concluded Wednesday evening. Many parishioners know Dominic, as he assisted on weekends in Triangle for many years while he was teaching at the Washington Theological Union.
Holy Name’s director of development John Piccione and associate director Thomas Cole attended a meeting last week of the English-speaking Conference’s development directors. The event was held in Geneva, Switzerland.
