Roch Coogan has been given permission to retire from active ministry, and will be assigned to St. Anthony’s Friary in St. Petersburg, Fla., effective July 19.
Brice Leavins has been appointed temporary administrator of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in Providence, R.I., effective June 23, while continuing his work as a judge in the diocesan tribunal. Brice will still be a member of the Providence friar community, although he will be residing at Our Lady of Lourdes parish.
