ATHENS, Ga. — The Catholic Center at the University of Georgia has an opening for a business manager to serve either in a full-time or a part-time (24 to 28 hours per week) capacity. This position, which serves as a staff resource in support of the director, fulfilling administrative needs in finance, human resources, and facilities management, is responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing budgets and financial reports, processing revenues and accounts payable, processing payroll, preparing human resource reports, and coordinating facility maintenance.

This position requires knowledge of accounting and record-keeping principles and practices. Candidates with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply: bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance or proven commensurate experience; experience in business management or a related field; automated accounting/bookkeeping software and cash flow management experience; knowledge and ability in budgetary principles; and excellent computer skills. Knowledge of the Catholic faith is desirable.
