Franciscan deaths

The Province is mourning the recent passing of three friars and two Franciscan sisters.

Sr. Eileen Rynne, OSF, 98, a member if the Franciscan Sisters of Allegany, N.Y., died on Aug. 6 at St. Elizabeth Motherhouse in Allegany.

Sr. M. Frances Pastusek, OSF, 90, a member of the School Sisters of St. Francis, died on Oct. 10 in Bethlehem, Pa.

Fr. Carl Graczyk, OFM, 75, of Assumption Blessed Virgin Mary Province, died on Nov. 4 at St. Francis Hospital in Milwaukee, Wis.

Fr. Alain Bouchard, OFM, 84, a member of Canada’s Holy Spirit Province, died on Nov. 4 in Madagascar, where he had served as a missionary.

Fr. Fred Radtke, OFM, 80, of Sacred Heart Province, died on Nov. 5 in Manitowoc, Wis.
