Kevin Daly accompanied a van-load of Siena College students on a journey to Philadelphia, where they assisted at St. Francis Inn for a week during Christmas break.
The Inn is a longtime provider of food, clothing, basic care and companionship, day in and day out, to people in need. The experience is an eye-opener for students, as they come to know the people they serve, and discover more about themselves.
The Siena College students – whose majors range from social work to psychology to history to English – received a Tau cross as they began the journey Jan. 7.
