WILMINGTON, Del. – Clergy in Handcuffs gathered last week in Rodney Square here in opposition to H.R. 4437. They also called for comprehensive immigration reform which makes legalization assessible to those who have earned it. H.R. 4437 is the house bill which would criminalize undocumented immigrants and church and secular workers who assist them.
