Jason Peterson
A sincere and prayerful man with an earnest calling to the Franciscan way of life, Jason Peterson hails from Seminole, Florida and has worked with The Walt Disney Company in Orlando, Fla. Jason earned his high school diploma from Osceola Fundamental High School in Seminole in 2017 and soon thereafter started an associate of arts degree with a focus in education at St. Petersburg College from 2017-2020. Jason’s attraction to the Franciscans remains rooted in his desire to serve the less fortunate while living in community with his friar brothers.

Br. Daniel Cruz, OFM
Prior to joining the Franciscan friars, Daniel worked as a distribution supervisor for TJX Companies in Athens, Ga. He earned a bachelor's degree in 2017 from the University of Carolina, having double-majored in marketing and management science with a minor in international studies.
Daniel feels called to the priesthood. Before joining the friars, he enjoyed working with confirmation classes at the University of Georgia's Catholic Center. He is interested in joining the Franciscans because of their care for the poor, social justice work, hospitality, and community life.
